Role Summary –
Growth & Development Manager will define and execute the category strategy for HoReCa segment, leveraging data-driven insights to identify market gaps, optimize product offerings, and drive adoption. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer loyalty, and brand leadership in the HoReCa space.
Key Responsibilities
**Market & Consumer Insights**
Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and feedback to identify unmet needs.
Conduct competitor analysis to spot white spaces and differentiation opportunities.
Category Strategy
Define category positioning, narrative, and value proposition for HoReCa.
Prioritize features, benefits, and use cases based on data-driven insights.
Product Development Support
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop category-defining features.
Validate product concepts through rapid experimentation and user feedback.
Growth & Adoption
Partner with marketing to design go-to-market strategies for HoReCa.
Use analytics to identify early adopters and optimize channel performance.
Continuous Improvement
Establish feedback loops to ensure category evolves with customer expectations.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies for sustained category leadership
Qualifications & Skills
MBA – Sales / Operations
4–6 years of experience in category management, marketing, or strategy (HoReCa experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, Nielsen/IRI).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
