Role Description
This is a full time role for a Customer Support Associate, based on-site at our Bengaluru office. The role entails managing customer queries, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and delivering prompt and effective solutions. You will focus on understanding customer needs, assisting with their concerns, and working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver outstanding service. Additionally, you will support customer onboarding, highlight customer feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process.
