About The Role
The PMO at GreyOrange plays a critical role in driving project governance, improving delivery processes, and enabling project teams with accurate reporting, documentation, and insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, an ability to leverage AI for productivity and automation, and strong content creation skills to support internal and customer-facing communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance & Tracking
Support end-to-end governance for implementation projects across regions.
Maintain and update project dashboards, RAID logs, risk registers, and project trackers.
Drive adherence to project management frameworks, templates, and processes.
Consolidate weekly status updates from project managers and prepare executive-level reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build and manage project P&L, cost tracking sheets, and utilization reports.
Develop automated reports and templates using advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Macros), PowerPoint, Canva and Gamma for leadership reviews.
Use AI-based tools to streamline reporting, documentation, and quality checks.
AI-Driven Productivity & Automation
Identify areas where AI can improve PMO efficiency (e.g., automated minutes, risk prediction, schedule forecasting, documentation summaries).
Use AI tools to generate insights from project data, validate dependencies, and detect early warning signals.
Train project teams on the use of AI tools for project planning, documentation, and communication.
Content Creation & Communication
Create high-quality decks, project briefs, SOPs, templates, and communication materials.
Develop visually appealing and clear content for internal reviews, customer presentations, and governance meetings.
Draft MoMs, playbooks, process documents, and cross-functional updates.
Process Improvement
Continuously refine PMO processes, templates, and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
Standardize documentation formats and help shift teams to more scalable practices.
Assist in implementing project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.) and automation workflows.
Technical SkillsRequired Skills & Experience
Expert-level Microsoft Office skills:
Excel: Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Macros.
