As the Business Program Manager focussed on Communications, Culture, Employee Engagement plays a critical role in shaping how culture, engagement, and people priorities are brought to life across ISD EMEA . This role sits at the intersection of people experience, strategic communications, and programme execution , translating ISD Strategy and People Priorities into high-impact initiatives that drive value and clarity that employees and leaders can see, feel, and engage with.
You will design and deliver people and culture programmes , lead multichannel communications , and manage end to end execution across EMEA, partnering closely with HR, ISD leadership, communications, and business stakeholders to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
This role is ideal for someone who is people centred, highly organised, and comfortable operating across ambiguity , with a strong bias for action and delivery.
