Headout connects millions of travellers to the world’s most unforgettable experiences. The Partner Marketing Lead will drive co-marketing with the world’s most iconic attractions, venues, and destinations. This includes designing campaigns, driving execution across internal teams, and reporting clear impact. This role sits at the intersection of account management, project management, and creative solutioning. You’ll work directly with globally recognized brands, as well as with Headout’s internal marketing and business teams, to build campaigns that truly move the needle.
This role is based in Bengaluru. We’re looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating.

From brief to execution to reporting, you'll own timelines, stakeholder communication, and the KPIs that demonstrate real media value and impact.

💝 What skills & experience do you need?
Proven experience:
3–6 years in client servicing or account management at a creative, digital, or integrated agency, or in partner/merchant marketing at a consumer-tech marketplace.
End-to-end ownership:
You've managed multiple clients or campaigns in parallel and can speak to owning the full lifecycle, start to finish.
Creative collaboration:
You don't need to design, but you know good work when you see it and can push it further with sharp, useful feedback.
Clear communicator:
Strong written and verbal communication, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
Structured thinker:
Messy briefs don't faze you. You enjoy bringing order to ambiguity and can break large asks into clear, actionable steps.
Curiosity and adaptability:
You're willing to become more AI and data-informed and we'll give you the tools and coaching to get there.
