Overview The Benefits & Leaves Analyst (EMEA/APAC) is a critical operational role within the Total Rewards team, responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of benefits and leave programs across EMEA and APAC. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of benefits and leave processes in highly regulated environments with limited automation.
This position partners closely with payroll, vendors, HR partners, and employees to manage eligibility, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee inquiries. This role enables the Total Rewards Function to scale globally while maintaining compliance and freeing senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives and system implementations.
