Intern - Investor Relations

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

● Conduct in-depth research on start-up and tech businesses, including listed companies,

focusing on business fundamentals, growth strategies, and market performance.

●Analyze financial performance, valuations, and key metrics of tech and startup companies

to support strategic and investor decision-making.

●Perform business and market research, including industry trend analysis and peer

benchmarking (domestic and global).

●Assist with sector-specific research, including analysis of trading and transaction multiples

in the startup and technology ecosystem.

●Support the Investor Relations team in preparing investor-facing materials such as financial

analysis, pitch decks, and business plans.

●Assist in managing regular communication and updates with private and public market

investors.

●Support various stages of fundraising and capital markets activities, including private

fundraising rounds and preparation for potential public market transactions.

●Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to organize data, reports, and

investor-related documentation.

● Adapt to various roles and departments based on dynamic Financial requirements.

Qualifications:

● MBA in Finance (Completed)

● CA (Completed/ Pursuing)

● Strong analytical and numerical skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.

● Strong interest in start-ups, venture capital, capital markets, or investment banking.

● Experience with financial modelling, valuation, or market research.

● Ability to think critically and present insights clearly.

● Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

● Available to start an in-office internship immediately in Bengaluru.
