In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for families evaluating whether GT School suits their child's development. Every message you craft and every dialogue you facilitate will influence how families perceive the program and envision their child's educational trajectory.

We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independent operators who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take full ownership of the admissions experience, from initial inquiry through enrollment decision and integration
• Facilitate structured exploratory discussions to evaluate family objectives, expectations, and fit before advising on subsequent actions
• Oversee 15–25+ concurrent family engagements, each progressing through distinct phases, with disciplined prioritization and execution
• Facilitate campus visits, observation days, and decision-stage discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and considerations with accuracy
• Maintain precise CRM documentation and enrollment data to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods
• Admitting families who lack alignment merely to fulfill enrollment targets
• Supervising a sizable team or operating within complex approval hierarchies
• Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple personnel
• Performing this role remotely. This position requires on-campus presence

Enrollment Director Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding program standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, tailored service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive memberships, or independently operated services)
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment pathway from initial engagement through integration
• Track record managing numerous client, guest, or family interactions concurrently at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization method
• Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you counseled against your offering when alignment was lacking
• Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, affluent individuals, or discerning clients
• Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Georgetown, TX (greater Austin region)
• Authorization for employment in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment
• Background in high-end hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions
• Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, beyond mere velocity

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
