**You will focus on recruiting contract professionals, with a strong emphasis on daily rate engagements within the technology market.**
**The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team, specialising in technology recruitment. This is a key role where you will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a range of tech-focused roles.
You will act as a trusted advisor, while managing end-to-end hiring processes within a very fast-paced and evolving tech environment, as well as take on other ad hoc roles as and when required.
**Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
· Specialise in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g. software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
· Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
· Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the technology space
· Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to stakeholders
· Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
· Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance
Experience & Skills Required · Proven experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or recruitment business partner
· Strong background in technology/IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
· Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles across various levels
· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
· Strong sourcing capability, including use of LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
· Commercially aware with the ability to advise on hiring strategies
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, communicating progress and updates regularly.
