What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting lead qualification, routing, and administration processes for Synopsys products in the UK market.
- Generating new business opportunities through account-based marketing programmes, including targeted email and calling campaigns.
- Following up on prospect enquiries, qualifying leads using sales and technical expertise, and scheduling meetings or demos as needed.
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Product teams to support achievement of sales targets and foster alignment.
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities by engaging with prospect accounts and profiling new users.
- Engaging current accounts to develop relationship maps, use case opportunities, and expand awareness through direct account engagement and insight tools.
- Collaborating on marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring customer engagement and event attendance (webinars, seminars, and tradeshows).
- Maintaining data integrity in CRM systems by updating lead/contact information and providing visibility into market opportunities.
- Contributing to efficient and insightful reporting of lead aspects per territory.
- Communicating ongoing improvements to prospecting and qualifying lead processes.
- Participating in special territory-specific projects and team responsibilities as directed.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field OR 4+ years’ experience in an inside sales/sales/presales environment of complex technical products.
- Technical aptitude and/or 1 year of experience in an industrial/technical sales environment.
- Excellent record of customer service and satisfaction, with proven ability to engage and nurture relationships.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Strong telephone etiquette, computer literacy, and familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify opportunities based on predetermined criteria.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to travel 5-10% as required for events and customer engagement.
