Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Application Engineer, based in New York, United States, with flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include offering technical support, assisting customers in the design and development of their products, and facilitating the use of Arrow’s solutions. The role involves advising on technical applications, conducting in-depth analysis, collaborating closely with the sales team, and staying updated on industry trends to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Applications and hands-on technical support
• Knowledge of Analog systems and Electronics engineering principles
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with sales and supporting customer needs
• Proven ability to analyze technical requirements and propose effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields preferred
• Capability to work in a hybrid environment with some on-site client visits
• Prior experience in sales support or customer-facing technical roles is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
