The
Issuing Solutions GTM Manager
,
VAS Issuing Solutions
will play a central role in driving commercial outcomes across the Issuing suite in
Europe
by ensuring Issuing VAS has an effective GTM plan and reporting drumbeat across pipeline and revenue, and brining a bias for action using data.
The role will identify and unlock high-value growth opportunities, with a strong focus on combo sales across VAS Issuing and other business units, and ensure our strategic “big rocks” are consistently represented in the accounts that matter most.

Combines strong analytical capability with commercial instinct; able to translate complex data into clear actions that influence sales strategy, account planning, and revenue outcomes.
Core Responsibilities And We Expect Of You Day-to-day:
Deliver GTM initiatives that expand Issuing VAS
(Pismo, Digital SDK, Tink, Enrichment, Loyalty, Data Products, Network Products)
performance across the board, in our big rocks, and in under‑penetrated areas and priority growth segments.
- Drive Issuing VAS representation in top account plans
Day To Day, This Means:
- Partnering with VAS cluster leads and the overall EU VAS GTM team, on top banking relationships to ensure Issuing Solutions and our “big rocks” are embedded in account plans with clear revenue ambitions.
- Identifying whitespace and growth opportunities within key accounts (e.g. underpenetrated products, missing bundles, unrealised use cases).
- Shaping strategies that connect issuing, data, loyalty, and network capabilities into cohesive commercial narratives.
- Tracking progress against account-level plans, ensuring visibility of pipeline, deal progression, and revenue contribution from Issuing VAS.
- Drive commercial readiness and sales enablement:
Day To Day, This Means:
- Building and maintaining GTM toolkits for each solution, in partnership with Marketing and Agencies: pitch decks, one‑pagers, solution blueprints specific to segments or bundles (e.g. how Pismo‑type issuing plugs into other VAS, how Tink integrates with the wide suite of solutions) objection handling, competitive battlecards.
- Assisting in the training front‑line teams (sales, account management, customer success) on new features, bundles, and use cases, with simple narratives tailored to banks, fintechs, merchants, and partners.
- Owning our Visa Voice process - how new product development ideas are captured from our front line Sales and Sales Engineering team, and fed into the our global roadmap for prioritisation.
- Define, monitor, and act on GTM performance metrics:
Day To Day, This Means:
- Establishing clear revenue and pipeline tracking and reporting frameworks across markets and solutions, ensuring consistent visibility for leadership and sales teams.
- Use tools such as PowerBI, VAP and Microsoft Dynamics to pull data that can feed into prioritization strategies that grow pipeline sufficiency.
- Owning end-to-end visibility of GTM performance across the Issuing VAS portfolio, including pipeline creation, conversion, AANR and revenue.
- Driving actions based on performance insights, intervening where pipeline is insufficient, conversion is lagging, or revenue is off-track.
- Progress Data Products contracts and billing through the operational process cycle
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to support strategic planning and business execution.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Experience analysing customer and client data, including usage trends and performance metrics, to identify opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
- Proven ability to translate analytical insights into go-to-market strategies, operational initiatives, and product enhancement recommendations.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to co-develop and execute go-to-market plans.
