As a Senior Solution Consultant - Trade Promotion Management (TPM), you will be the trusted pre‑sales expert supporting CPG/FMCG customers during the sales cycle, helping them understand how to plan, manage, and optimize trade promotions using Infor’s cloud‑based TPM solutions.
Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will translate trade, finance, and revenue challenges into clear, compelling solution stories. Your role is to show customers not just what the software does, but how it delivers real business value — from improved trade spend visibility and accrual accuracy to stronger promotional ROI.
This is a customer-facing, impact-driven role where your industry knowledge, commercial mindset, and presentation skills directly influence deal success and long-term customer outcomes.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
* Supporting the full pre-sales cycle for TPM opportunities, including discovery sessions, RFPs, executive overviews, tailored demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.
* Leading structured discovery conversations with Trade, Finance, Revenue Management, and IT stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and success metrics.
* Designing and delivering story-led, role-based TPM demonstrations that show a realistic "day in the life" using Infor TPM.
* Working closely with Account Executives to define solution scope, shape account strategy, and prepare for key customer interactions.
* Clearly articulating business value, outcomes, and ROI, helping customers build confidence in their investment decisions.
* Explaining how Infor TPM fits into the broader enterprise ecosystem, including ERP, Revenue Management, and integrations, in a clear and accessible way.
* Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and supporting a smooth transition to implementation and services teams.
* Contributing to the wider Solution Consulting community by sharing best practices, demo assets, and industry insights.
* Participating in broader customer-facing and enablement activities such as marketing events, value engineering initiatives, and internal knowledge sharing.
Basic Qualifications:
* Background in Consumer Goods / FMCG, particularly Trade Promotion Management or Revenue Growth Management.
* Experience in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales, supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
* Proven ability to lead customer discovery sessions and solution demonstrations that influence buying decisions.
* Experience partnering closely with Sales to progress opportunities and drive outcomes.
* Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within TPM, Revenue Management, ERP, or related domains.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

* Ability to connect business challenges to technology solutions and communicate value clearly at all organizational levels, including executives.
* Strong presentation skills and confidence in high‑stakes customer scenarios.
* Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new products, industries, and customer use cases.
* Experience demonstrating enterprise-scale, cloud-based applications.
