You will report to the Manager of Systems Engineering, who emphasizes a supportive and nurturing leadership style. This manager is committed to developing junior team members by focusing on their innate capabilities and providing ample mentorship for professional growth. The role will operate in a remote setup when not at customer sites, allowing you the flexibility to work from home, with no requirement to go into the office.
The travel requirements for this role are within the territory to meet with customers and partners, as well as some overnight trips for conferences and other activities. Travel is expected to be up to 40% of the time.

Work Arrangement Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 165,600 and USD $ 248,400 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
