About The Job Red Hat’s Technology Sales & Adoption team seeks a highly energized and self-motivated technical expert to reduce the time to value and optimize customer outcomes, enabling customer adoption of Red Hat products and technologies. Leveraging an engagement-based delivery model, you will work with customers adopting Red Hat platforms, including OpenShift [running on-prem or cloud hyperscalers] OR [Ansible] OR [RHEL]. You will assist customers with integrating Red Hat products in their enterprise IT environments, supporting the migration of application workloads, and collaborating across functions to identify and overcome technical and organizational blockers to adoption.

The salary range for this position is $132,400.00 - $211,880.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
