In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for families evaluating whether GT School suits their child's educational trajectory. Each communication you craft and every dialogue you facilitate will influence how families perceive the program and envision their child's academic future.

We welcome candidates with experience in premium service settings outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly stewarded high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the complete admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment decision and family onboarding
• Facilitate structured exploratory discussions to evaluate family objectives, expectations, and fit before advising on pathways forward
• Coordinate 15–25+ concurrent family engagements, each progressing through distinct phases, with disciplined prioritization and execution
• Facilitate campus visits, observation days, and enrollment dialogues that convey outcomes, expectations, and considerations with exactness
• Maintain precise CRM and enrollment documentation to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence
• Serve as the campus network-wide authority on identifying qualifying students for GT micro sites
• Train and guide Admissions Directors at GT micro school locations on recognizing and routing GT-eligible students

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods
• Enrolling poorly aligned families solely to satisfy enrollment targets
• Leading a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies
• Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple team members
• Operating remotely. This position is campus-based by requirement
• Supervising or directing Admissions Directors at other campuses; this is a collaborative support role for GT-specific referrals

Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities Own and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding program standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury retail, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or owner-operated services)
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding
• Experience coordinating multiple client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach
• Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was lacking
• Professional written communication proficiency with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences
• Capability to distill complex eligibility criteria into clear, actionable guidance that non-specialist colleagues can independently execute
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Georgetown, TX (greater Austin area)
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment
• Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions
• Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, SOPs, or service protocols
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
