You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This role does not involve handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are grounded in appropriate reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when that serves everyone best. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive services, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to orchestrate a high-touch, multistage process with discernment, transparency, and consistent execution.

This is a full-time, salaried, campus-based position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial contact through successful onboarding.
• Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or advancing to the next phase.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, maintaining clear tracking and timely follow-through.
• Conducting campus visits, shadow day experiences, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
• Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Applying transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
• Accepting families who are poor fits simply to satisfy enrollment targets.
• Supervising large teams or working through complex approval hierarchies.
• Handing off responsibility for the family experience to other staff members.
• Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Enrollment Director Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully onboards well-aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership programs, or owner-managed services).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
• Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a defined tracking and prioritization system.
• Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own offering when it was not appropriate.
• Professional written communication with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Roswell, GA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment processes.
• Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
• Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
• Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
