Job Description Summary The Technology & Innovation Center (HTIC) is GE HealthCare’s global innovation engine, operating through major hubs in Niskayuna, NY, USA and Bangalore, India. HTIC includes a world class, multidisciplinary team spanning imaging physics, microelectronics, AI, biosciences, magnetics, robotics, materials science, and advanced systems engineering.
Our mission is to drive disruptive innovation—delivering step change improvements in existing platforms while pioneering next generation technologies that unlock new business opportunities. HTIC also secures competitive federal grant funding (NIH, BARDA, ARPA H, DoD, etc.), which is essential to expanding GE HealthCare’s research portfolio and accelerating breakthroughs aligned with clinical and segment needs.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, External Technology Partnerships to lead strategic partnership development and competitive funding initiatives that materially advance our innovation roadmap. In this highly visible role, you will work directly with internal technical teams, cross-functional business stakeholders, and U.S. government funding agencies to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and secure funding that aligns with organizational priorities. External funding is a vital part of the technology strategy. It amplifies our ability to dive deeper in existing technology spaces and stretch GEHC by moving into new and potentially critical technologies and solutions for the future.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
