As a key member of ECS, you will be contributing to SAP's Global strategy of helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.
SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) supports customers throughout their cloud transformation and SAP S/4HANA adoption journey. We run the Intelligent Enterprise so they can be an Intelligent Enterprise. Our portfolio of SAP Private Cloud and SAP Cloud Application Services turns SAP products into a solution-as-a-service on customer’s preferred infrastructure, including Hyperscalers, as one SAP.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for you as Customer Officer to the North America Head of Enterprise Cloud Services (f/m/d) to shape and manage our journey towards a unified and competitive business with focus on customer engagement, go-to-market and customer relationship management
You are responsible to manage appointments, enquiries or complaints from customers or clients. Accurately and efficiently address any issues or disputes with customers. Complete administrative duties such as data entry, order processing and follow up calls. Make sure action items are captured after customer and internal meetings, and engage with appropriate departments across SAP to ensure execution of requested actions. Facilitate high quality briefings in alignment with the respective account teams for the Head of Enterprise Cloud Services North America to assure customer meetings run in a
highly organized and smooth structure. Effectively collaborate with delivery and technical operations teams within ECS.
You are fully responsible to manage every customer related topic on executive level in close collaboration with teams across Board areas and functions within SAP.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 148600-306300USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
