Responsibilities Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the CSS Sales Team. Supports the Sales Team through the completely opportunity lifecycle. Performs database and record keeping activities. Uses AI to identify new campaign ideas and develop the go to market plan and associated KPIs. Monitors campaign progress and results.
What You’ll Do Match customers’ business challenges to CSS service solutions, working with sales and business development to develop campaigns and initiatives that grow our business. You’ll engage new and existing customers by phone, email, and social selling.
