What is the job about?
Grundfos, a Great Place to Work® certified company, is seeking a Senior District Sales Manager to join its Industry (IND) team and be responsible for Industry distributors in the following states: Arkansas, Illinois, East Missouri and Wisconsin.
As a Senior District Sales Manager (DSM), your main purpose is to grow sales of Grundfos products in your Area of Primary Responsibility (APR) by defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and monitoring the key activities that will lead to increased sales to end users, contractors and OEMs. As a DSM, you will work to make Key Decision Makers (KDMs) aware of Grundfos products & their benefits and maintain and manage a network of distributors. As part of the job, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining a territory growth plan with the goal to increase Grundfos market share within the industrial market.
The incumbent can be based Arkansas, Illinois, East Missouri and Wisconsin, and will work remotely.

The salary range for this position is $76,800-156,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in the region listed of the United States.
