Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely learn at rates exceeding national benchmarks—outcomes confirmed by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, independence, and the development of real-world competencies. The model is effective. But its effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families.
That is your mandate.
You will take ownership of the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where responsibilities are transferred between functions. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions rest on sound reasoning. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service contexts outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What is essential is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position. We are hiring in Santa Monica, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Piedmont, Palm Springs, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Relocation support is available.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
