The Principal, Ecosystem Operations - International is responsible for leading and optimizing ecosystem operations across the International region. This role executes the global ecosystem strategy within INTL by embedding partners into regional Go To Market motions and driving operational rigor across forecasting, coverage, performance tracking, and productivity.
The Principal partners closely with Regional Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Global Ecosystem Operations to ensure alignment, scalability, and measurable ecosystem impact.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Execute the global ecosystem Go To Market strategy across the International region.
* Embed ecosystem priorities into regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and annual planning processes.
* Drive adoption and effective use of ecosystem tools including SFDC, DOMO, and reporting dashboards.
* Implement and refine regional partner coverage models to address gaps and improve productivity.
* Analyze partner and partner manager performance data to generate actionable insights.
* Align partner capacity and quota structures with regional revenue targets and demand planning.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, sales operations, partner management, or related field.
* Demonstrated experience supporting regional or multi-country sales organizations.
* Experience working with CRM systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, DOMO).
* Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into operational improvements.
* Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed global organization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working within an international or multi-regional ecosystem model.
* Knowledge of SaaS partner programs and coverage models.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or mutual action plans.
* Experience supporting quota planning, forecasting, and demand planning processes.
