In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for families evaluating whether GT School is the appropriate environment for their child. Each message you craft and every discussion you facilitate will influence how families perceive the program and envision their child's educational trajectory.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the complete admissions experience, from initial inquiry through enrollment decision and onboarding
• Facilitate structured discovery discussions to evaluate family objectives, expectations, and fit before advising on next steps
• Oversee 15–25+ concurrent family relationships, each at varying stages, with clear prioritization and consistent follow-up
• Guide campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making conversations that convey outcomes, expectations, and trade-offs with accuracy
• Maintain precise CRM and enrollment documentation to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence

• Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods
• Enrolling families who are not aligned simply to reach enrollment targets
• Overseeing a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies
• Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple roles
• Working remotely. This position is campus-based by design

Director Of Enrollment Management Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that enrolls the right families while safeguarding program integrity.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury sales, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services)
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding
• Experience managing multiple client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at different stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system
• Capacity to provide specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service when it was not appropriate
• Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Georgetown, TX (greater Austin area)
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment
• Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive support functions
• Experience developing or improving enrollment workflows, SOPs, or service standards
• Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not merely speed

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
