Role Overview The Head of Talent Experiences & Gifting(UCAN) leads the strategy and execution of Netflix’s talent experience programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role sits at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and creative storytelling, designing thoughtful moments that celebrate the artists and collaborators behind Netflix’s films and series.
This leader oversees all talent gifting and experience programs across UCAN, ensuring each moment reflects Netflix’s brand, values, and commitment to storytelling. From start of production through premieres, awards season, and major cultural events, the Head of Talent Experiences & Gifting shapes thoughtful experiences that deepen relationships with talent and create lasting impressions.
This role partners closely with teams across marketing, publicity, communications, policy, live events, ads, brand, and many others to identify moments where thoughtful gestures and well-timed gifting can strengthen relationships and support key moments across the business.
The UCAN Head of Talent Experiences & Gifting reports to the Global Head of Talent Experiences & Gifting and works closely with regional counterparts across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to share ideas, scale programs globally, and evolve how Netflix celebrates its creative community.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $254,000.00 - $463,000.00.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
