Summary
Claris is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple and a leader in workspace innovation platforms. We are advancing existing technologies while building new, powerful solutions for modern teams.
The Sales & Partner Operations Manager is a globally scoped, execution-focused role responsible for driving operational initiatives across Claris’ sales organization while supporting the effectiveness of our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who excels at project management, cross-functional coordination, and turning strategy into execution, rather than deep technical system configuration. This role supports both Claris’ direct sales organization and its global partner ecosystem.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, the Global Manager of Partner Programs, Finance, Marketing, and IS&T to ensure sales and partner initiatives are delivered on time, with clarity, and with measurable outcomes.
Description
In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and drive key sales and partner operations initiatives worldwide. You will act as a connective layer between teams—aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, clarifying ownership, and ensuring initiatives reach their intended outcomes.
While this role works closely with sales systems and data, it does not require deep technical administration. Success is driven by strong project management, structured thinking, and the ability to move work forward across functions.
