Families who choose Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every area of life. You'll be the one they've been waiting for.
You'll become the person they reach out to in moments of uncertainty, when something doesn't feel quite right, or when they want to share a milestone they know you'll appreciate. You'll understand each family deeply enough to sense their needs before they articulate them—and possess the judgment and composure to address what arises with discretion, warmth, and seamless ease. Over time, your role will extend beyond their child's education. You'll become woven into the fabric of how they navigate this chapter of family life.
Trust at this level doesn't emerge from procedures. It stems from presence—daily, reliable, unhurried. You'll be there for morning arrivals and afternoon departures, at the evening gatherings that count, and during the unscheduled one-on-one exchanges that never appear on any agenda. You'll foster a community that families feel invested in protecting, where belonging happens naturally and referrals arise because the experience justifies them.
Alpha operates outside traditional school frameworks. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily using AI-powered applications, then dedicate remaining time to public speaking, critical thinking, and hands-on projects. No lectures. No filler assignments. Top 1% outcomes across the nation. The families selecting this model are investing in something they value deeply—but conviction requires ongoing support.
You'll sustain that dialogue with every family, through every uncertainty, for the duration of their enrollment. If championing an unconventional approach to discerning skeptics feels burdensome, this position isn't suitable. If it represents the most compelling conversation you could engage in, continue reading.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take ownership of the relationship with every family on campus—the evolving, deepening connection that ensures parents feel recognized, not merely attended to
- Identify concerns before they surface as conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
- Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning arrival (7–9am), afternoon departure (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend activities
- Develop a campus community with authentic depth—programming, traditions, and connection points that make families feel part of something they want to safeguard
- Nurture parent advocates through organic means, delivering experiences so reliably excellent that referrals emerge as a natural consequence
- Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach with families working through screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but continuously throughout their campus tenure
- Recognize when a family alignment isn't ideal and manage that situation with the same care you apply universally—safeguarding the community is integral to serving it
- Establish the systems and cadences this role demands in a setting where the framework is still evolving
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing enrollment—that falls under the Admissions Director's purview; your engagement starts once families commit and intensifies thereafter
- Operating from behind a desk—your community presence defines the position
- Maintaining standard 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are inherent to the role, not occasional demands
- Depending on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what's necessary
- Approaching family relationships as accounts requiring management—this position rewards authentic connection, not procedural adherence
