- Identify growth areas and connecting the partner with relevant Siemens businesses, actively identifying where joint capabilities, offerings, and market access create meaningful value.
- Accompanying joint business and growth opportunities, from early opportunity shaping through commercial alignment and execution, with a focus on sustainable impact for both sides together with the respective Siemens business
- Driving the alignment and integration of technologies and/or services between Siemens and the partner, identifying where platforms, products, and capabilities complement each other and enabling meaningful (technical) collaboration over time.
- Coordinating cross-Siemens activities related to the partner, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring clarity on ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
- Supporting co-development and collaboration initiatives, including joint solutions, go-to-market activities, and capability alignment that strengthen the partnership over time.
- Acting as a bridge between Siemens strategy and the partner’s priorities, ensuring strategic alignment while remaining pragmatic and execution-focused.
- Tracking progress and outcomes of the partnership, providing transparent, executive-ready updates and fostering alignment in a complex, matrixed organization.
Your success is grounded in having these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
