Job summary
We’re building a modern GTM Systems organization focused on scalability and operational excellence. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll partner with the Director, GTM Systems and Lead Salesforce Admin to deliver high-quality, declarative solutions across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Cloud. This role is hands-on and execution-focused — you’ll own complex configurations, elevate admin standards, and ensure our Salesforce platform is clean, reliable, and ready for scale.
What you will do
Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (RCA), and Experience Cloud
Build and optimize record-triggered Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts
Refactor legacy automation (Workflow/Process Builder) into performant Flows with subflows/reusable patterns
Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot issues in RCA, approvals, and document generation
Partner with the Lead Salesforce Admin on governance, UAT, and release cadence
