About The Role
Uber Health & Transit is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive growth across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Health & Transit Partnerships, you will be responsible for acquiring and launching new public sector and enterprise customers, working primarily with healthcare organisations, local authorities, transport providers, and other regulated partners.
This is a complex, consultative sales role operating often in a tender- and bid-led environment, focused on expanding Uber's paratransit, social care transportation, and non-emergency patient transport solutions. You'll own opportunities end-to-end - from prospecting and qualification through contract award and initial launch.
What You'll Do
Create, manage, and close a pipeline of opportunities across Uber Health and Uber Transit
Prospect and engage new customers through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling), tender participation (with support from a bids team), and strategic account targeting
Identify and develop sub-vertical strategies across healthcare, social care, transportation providers, public bodies, insurers, and related sectors
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers to qualify opportunities and navigate complex buying cycles
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and align Uber's solutions to public sector and enterprise use cases
Collaborate closely with the Bids & Proposals team to support tender submissions and commercial responses
Meet or exceed targets across bookings, ARR, win rates, and activity metrics
Partner with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance, Product) to support deal progression and successful customer launches
Take ownership of light post-sale implementation and early issue resolution to ensure a strong customer experience
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, or regulated environments
