This role centers on securing technical buy-in. You will deliver customized demonstrations, conduct technical discovery sessions, define solution parameters, and develop precise RFP responses spanning all three Totogi product lines. You need sufficient telecom knowledge to discuss charging, billing, CRM, product catalog, integrations, 5G interfaces, migration limitations, and rate plan complexity with authority, then translate that technical detail into business outcomes within the same discussion. This is not a support function, an implementation assignment, or a scripted presales position. It suits professionals who thrive with demanding customers, rigorous technical scrutiny, and competitive scenarios where traditional solutions fall short.
You will operate where product capability, sales strategy, and customer requirements intersect. Your work should be sufficiently rigorous that prospects advance through the sales cycle, Professional Services can scope accurately, and the organization moves closer to contracted revenue. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
