This role positions you at the center of the family journey—from initial contact through completed enrollment. You will ensure that every touchpoint demonstrates clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness. Your work includes managing daily communications, organizing admissions activities, and keeping detailed records that enable informed decision-making. Here, precision and consistent follow-through are essential.

You will operate in both remote and on-site environments, helping families navigate a model that differs significantly from conventional schooling. Your capacity to communicate with clarity, maintain organization, and deliver a seamless experience will have a direct effect on enrollment success and family confidence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the admissions inbox, providing timely, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
• Support families throughout the admissions journey with structured follow-up and well-defined next steps
• Plan and execute admissions events such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
• Work with campus teams to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless on-site experience
• Keep admissions records current and accurate, tracking all applications and ongoing communications

• Working exclusively in an administrative capacity without direct family engagement
• Functioning within a slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic system
• Concentrating solely on communication without accountability for execution and results
• Shaping admissions strategy or making final enrollment determinations

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
• Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
• Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
