In this position, you become the initial contact for families evaluating GT School's suitability for their child. Each message you compose and every discussion you facilitate will influence how families perceive the program and envision their child's academic trajectory.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly guided high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistency.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take full ownership of the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation and integration
• Facilitate structured exploratory discussions to evaluate family objectives, assumptions, and compatibility before advising on next actions
• Oversee 15–25+ concurrent family engagements, each progressing through distinct phases, using defined prioritization and reliable execution
• Facilitate campus visits, observation days, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate results, standards, and compromises with accuracy
• Maintain precise CRM and enrollment documentation to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence
• Serve as the campus network's primary authority on identifying students eligible for GT micro sites
• Train and assist Admissions Directors at GT micro school locations on recognizing and routing GT-eligible candidates

• Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods
• Accepting families who lack alignment purely to meet enrollment targets
• Leading a sizable team or working through multi-layered decision hierarchies
• Transferring accountability for the family experience across multiple staff members
• Operating remotely. This position is on-campus by intention
• Supervising or directing Admissions Directors at additional campuses; this is a collaborative support function for GT-specific matters

Director Of Enrollment Management Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that enrolls aligned families while safeguarding program standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury retail, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or independently operated services)
• Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial outreach through integration
• Background managing multiple client, guest, or family interactions concurrently at varying stages, supported by a defined tracking and prioritization approach
• Capacity to offer specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent
• Professional correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences
• Capability to distill complex eligibility standards into clear, actionable guidance that colleagues without specialized knowledge can implement on their own
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Georgetown, TX (greater Austin area)
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment
• Background in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative roles
• Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
