Job Description The Sr Manager – Product Engagement and Solution Design is responsible for technical solutioning, client engagement, and acting as the voice of the customer for Visa Commercial Solutions. This role supports sales teams and regional solution specialists in delivering deep product knowledge, designing solutions for client needs, and driving adoption of Visa’s B2B payment capabilities.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant sales engineering or product management experience (product experience beneficial, but focus is on consulting and solution enablement) Solid understanding of B2B payments, with in-depth knowledge of virtual card payments, value-added solutions for corporates, payment tokenization, and issuer processing platforms/providers Proven ability to translate client needs into solution designs by adapting existing products and services Experience with modern API concepts, technical integration, and file delivery Proven ability to manage initiatives end-to-end to meet client commitments Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas, and be flexible with changing priorities Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams Passion for working with clients and delivering powerful solutions
